With straight forward, simple to use features, you can take pictures of your payslips, receipts, mileage and HMRC letters and we’ll take care of the rest for you.
You don’t have to worry about organising everything or using complicated drop down boxes – just take a picture, upload from your phone and send it through to us. We’ll then process your income and expenditure and sort out your self-assessment forms and tax refund on your behalf.

Our friendly knowledgeable team are here to help you and can be reached on the phone whenever you need us but in the meantime, you can carry on with your day, while we look after the boring stuff!

*Income*
Simply take a picture, upload, add notes if you want to or create as many manual entries as you need. They can be weekly, monthly or annual entries – it’s up to you.
*Expenses*
Take as many photos of receipts as you need or complete our user-friendly expenses summary sheet.
*Mileage*
Every time you record a journey, the total miles will increase by that amount. All you have to do is fill in the record a journey, add any notes if you want to and submit. If you’ve got a regular journey, you can select this to make it even easier to add frequent journeys.
*Accounts*
This is where you can take photos of any letters from HMRC, or see letters we’ve received on your behalf. You’ll even receive notifications if we need you to action or sign anything.
*Referral Leader Board*
If you refer Subbie Tax to your friends and they sign up using your referral code, we’ll give you points and points mean prizes! The first, second and third place on our leaderboard will receive a free tax return for this tax year. It’s easy to use and you can send referrals via WhatsApp, Messenger etc.

If you’re struggling or need advice, you can chat to us at any point via the chat function, or let us know that you would like a call back and one of our advisors will call you to help you with your receipts, mileage, accounts or whatever you need.

In common with other professional services firms, we are required by the proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and The Money Laundering Regulations 2017, to confirm the identity of new clients prior to taking on the assignment and update the identification held on file on a regular basis. Therefore we require a form of photo ID (Driving licence or Passport) and a form of proof of address (Driving Licence can be used if not used as photo ID, utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months).
